Instructions to Set Up a
Wholesale Account with Essential Oxygen!
Would you like to sell Essential Oxygen products in bulk? We value the opportunity to partner with you and offer wholesale pricing for our products. To qualify as a Wholesaler you must meet the following requirements:
- Sell products directly to consumers through your business. For example, a dental office or an online reseller who sells our products to clients or consumers at our Suggested Retail Price (SRP).
- Provide a copy of your Business License (must be current).
- Provide a copy of your Retail / Resale Tax Certificate issued by your state (must be current).
- Provide a valid TIN (Tax ID Number) or EIN (Employer Identification Number).
